แก้ปัญหา upsilon 2000 usb not communicating with ups

สวัสดีครับ สำหรับวันนี้ Admin จะมารีวิวติดตั้งโปรแกรม UPSilon 2000 ครับ

พอดี Admin ซื้อเครื่องสำรองไฟ 1000VA Advice SMART มาสองตัวแต่เกิดปัญหาว่าติดตั้งแล้ว โปรแกรม UPSilon 2000 ที่แถมมาออก Error มาว่า usb not communicating with ups ครับ

มีวิธีแก้ดังนี้ครับ

สามารถปรับแก้โดยไปที่ Setting > General >Communication Type: จากนั้นเลือกให้ตรงกับเครื่องของคุณ (หากไม่รู้ก็เดาเอาจนกว่าจะได้ก็แล้วคัน ^_^) ในที่นี้ผมเลือก Demo

จากนั้น คลิก OK

ผลที่ได้ดังนี้ครับ  สังเกตุเปอร์เซ็นต์แบ็ตเตอรี่จะขึ้นมาให้เห็นชัดเจนครับ
